How do I work with my virtual assistant?
Your virtual assistant works completely remotely. They can do virtually anything you need, provided they have the information, instructions, and software available to them. All Happy Hour Virtual Assistants work hours that suit their lifestyle and do not have a set schedule. However, all your tasks will be done on time and how you like them. You can contact your Virtual Assistant by phone or the team communication app of your choice (i.e. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Trello, Zoom, Whatsapp, Discord, etc.).
Do I have to train my Virtual Assistant?
Happy Hour Virtual Assistants are hand-picked from our team for you based on experience, industry, and specialty. They have been trained on how to be the most efficient Virtual Assistant possible. However, if you would like work done in a specific way, we do offer a 30 minute phone or video consultation time at the start of your contract to ensure you have sufficient time to explain to your VA how you would like tasks to be completed, if necessary.
